About me…

Ten years ago I started this blog to keep my in-laws, who live in New Zealand, up to date on milestones in my daughter's life. I knew that marrying a New Zealander might take me away from my home in Connecticut, USA one day. It was a deal I made. But little did I know that we would detour through Australia for two years and then tag on an adventure in New Zealand before deciding where to settle. So here we are in the home of my birth, Portugal. Kiwigalo is my way of chronicling our rather unorganized lives in a way that we can keep our families and friends updated on our mis-adventures.
